Q: Can I submit my scores to an online leader board?

A: No. At this time we do not have an online leaderboard for Squish Squash.

Q: I cleared all the user profiles, but the older player highscores still appear on the highscore boards.

A: You can have 3 custom player profiles (three different people can play through the game on the same device and track their progress). The highscore boards retain and display only the top scores of any and all user profiles that have existed on the device. If you wish to completely clear out the scores you must remove and re-install the app.

Q: I have an older iPhone and the game crashes within seconds after I squash a few bugs.

A: If you have older hardware you MUST turn on the "Optimize" option on the main screen. This is a special mode that allows Squish Squash to run on older devices with only slight differences from the 2nd generation settings. To turn on "Optimize" mode touch the checkbox in the bottom right corner of the main screen, then touch "OK!" on the confirmation screen. You will then be taken back to the main screen (the checkbox should now have an "X"). Push the "Home" button on your device to exit the application and then re-launch it. When the application restarts it will now be running in optimize mode and you should not experience any more crashing. The game will save this setting so you only need to set this once.

Q: I just bought the application and tried to play Single Level mode, but all the levels are locked!

A: Play Marathon mode to unlock levels. Each level you beat will then be available for play in Single Level mode. If you are playing a Marathon on Normal Difficulty, beating levels will unlock them for both Normal Single Level mode AND Fun Mode.

Q: I think I found a bug (not the kind you squish), can you fix it?

A: If you think you've found a bug please feel free to send us email at: feedback@thedreamhive.com. Please include a description of the problem, the steps we should follow to repeat the bug, and the type of device you are playing on. We will make our best effort to release timely updates that address any bugs that we can isolate and repeat.

Q: I have a suggestion for something I'd like to see in a future version of the game, can I tell you about it?

A: Absolutely. We want to hear from our players! You can send suggestions and feedback to: feedback@thedreamhive.com. We will consider everyone's feedback when working on future updates and versions of the game!
